ILHAM JAFA CONSULTANCY previously known as ILHAM JAFA ENTERPRISE, is a 100% bumiputera company offering wide spectrum of building consultancy, planning, design, construction & project management training and development services duly registered with SURUHANJAYA SYARIKAT MALAYSIA (SSM), KEMENTERIAN KEWANGAN MALAYSIA / MINISTRY OF FINANCE (MOF), MALAYSIAN ASSOCIATION OF REGISTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR MALAYSIA (MyRBS), MALAYSIAN BOARD OF TECHNOLOGIST (MBOT) & ROYAL INSTITUTION OF SURVEYORS MALAYSIA (RISM) (BUILDING SURVEYOR).

❖ The company wholly owned by its principal Sr Ts. Mohd Jamruz Bin Mohd Jamil who had been practicing in the field for over 20 years prior to his carrier establishment.

❖ The company’s principal areas of activity include the building surveying consultancy, construction, project management & training development services.

❖ Our concern for our client’s translates into creative foundational as well as cost effective solution. Besides overcoming technological challenges, we also take into consideration the prevailing economic, social and cultural conditions.
