BUILDING SURVEYOR

Responsible as an Building Surveyor in surveying works.

  • Degree in Building Surveying and registered with MRISM;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant discipline with at least 2 years practice in Building Surveying;
  • Good in English speaking and writing;
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Offices, Autocad and relevant software;
  • Willing to take up challenging tasks;
  • High responsible, committed and able to work independently;
  • Posses own transport.

ASSISTANT BUILDING SURVEYOR

Responsible as an assisting Building Surveyor in surveying works.

  • Diploma or Degree in Building Surveying or other related Building Industry course;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant discipline. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply;
  • Good in English writing;
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Words;
  • Willing to take up challenging tasks;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Posses own transport.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Responsible as an assisting Building Surveyor or Project Manager

  • Diploma or Degree in Building Surveying or other related Building Industry course;
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply;
  • Person who has experience will be an added advantage

DRAUGHTSMAN

Responsible to create project designs and plans with responsibility for preparing presentation & design drawings.

  • Experience in Architectural/ Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings
  • Drafting of Architectural/Structural drawing plans & details such as floor plans, elevations, sectional details etc.
  • Required Skill - AutoCad, REVIT and 3D BIM Modelling
  • Preferably with prior experience in the construction/building industry
  • Having Site Experience especially in as-built measurement work.

INTERNSHIP

  • Study in Diploma Building Surveying Course
  • Study in Degree Building Surveying Course
